A: By Nick is the creative work of UK-based artist Nick Prodromou, specialising in unique, handcrafted artwork, prints, and commissions. Each piece is designed and created with care, inspired by emotion, culture, and storytelling.

Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A:

• UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail First Class, which usually arrives within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

• International Orders: Shipped with Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked, depending on your preference. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–15 working days.

Q: Do you offer tracking on orders?

A: Yes! International customers can choose Tracked Shipping at checkout. UK First Class shipping is not tracked, but you can request a tracked service by emailing me before ordering.

Q: How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

A: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been packaged and dispatched.

The Print Club

Q: I just joined The Print Club. When do I get my first print?

A: Woohoo! Thanks for joining The Print Club! Your first print will ship in the first week of the following month.

Q: Will I be able to track the shipment?

A: No. All print club orders will either be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (UK customers) or Royal Mail Standard International (International customers).

Commissions

Q: Do you take commissions?

A: Yes! Commissions are currently open. If you’d like a custom piece created, please email bynickinfo@gmail.com with your ideas, size preference, and any reference images. I’ll get back to you with pricing, timeline, and next steps.

Q: How long do commissions take?

A: Turnaround time depends on the complexity and size of your piece, but most commissions are completed within 2–6 weeks. I’ll give you a more accurate estimate once we discuss the commission idea.

Returns & Cancellations

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: As each piece is made or printed to order, I can only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t already been shipped.
